1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 1001Proxy services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Services
1001Proxy provides residential, datacenter, mobile, ISP, and rotating proxies. Use them for legitimate business purposes like market research, price monitoring, SEO tracking, ad verification, and quality assurance.
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Payment Terms
Our Services operate on a pay-as-you-go model. You must deposit funds into your account before using proxy services. All payments are processed through our supported payment methods (credit/debit cards via Stripe, and cryptocurrency). Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We offer refunds for unused account balance within 30 days of deposit. To request a refund, contact support@1001proxy.io. Proxy bandwidth or services already consumed cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our Services to: - Violate any local, state, national, or international law - Engage in fraud, identity theft, or phishing - Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software - Send unsolicited communications (spam) - Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others - Attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any network or system - Engage in any activity that could damage, overburden, or impair our infrastructure Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
6. Service Availability & SLA
We target 99.9% uptime measured on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced at least 48 hours in advance). If uptime falls below 99.9% in any calendar month, affected customers may request service credits by contacting support. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.
7. API Usage
Access to our API is provided with every account. You may use the API to programmatically manage proxies, check usage, and automate workflows. You agree not to abuse the API by making excessive requests that could degrade service for other users. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access if abuse is detected.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided through our Services are owned by 1001Proxy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
In plain terms: our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect damages like lost profits or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1001Proxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1001Proxy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content or data you transmit through our proxy network.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited if termination is due to a Terms violation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
