Our proxy services are designed for legitimate business and personal use cases, including but not limited to: web scraping of publicly available data, market research and competitive intelligence, price monitoring and comparison, SEO rank tracking and SERP analysis, ad verification and brand protection, social media management, academic research, quality assurance and testing, accessing geo-restricted content you have rights to, and managing multiple business accounts on platforms that permit it.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our Services: (a) Any illegal activity under applicable local, state, national, or international law; (b) Hacking, unauthorized access, or attempting to breach any system, network, or account; (c) Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious code; (d) Phishing, identity theft, or impersonation; (e) Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via email, SMS, or any other channel; (f) Conducting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network abuse; (g) Child exploitation material — zero tolerance, reported to authorities immediately; (h) Credit card fraud, financial fraud, or money laundering; (i) Harassment, threats, or stalking of individuals; (j) Scraping or collecting personal data in violation of privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.); (k) Circumventing security measures for malicious purposes; (l) Reselling or redistributing our proxy services without written authorization.

4. Fair Use

While we offer unlimited concurrent connections, we expect users to use resources responsibly. Activities that significantly degrade service quality for other users may be throttled or restricted. If your usage pattern requires dedicated resources, please contact our sales team for enterprise solutions.

5. Compliance & Monitoring

We do not monitor the content of traffic routed through our proxies. However, we reserve the right to investigate reports of abuse and take action against accounts that violate this AUP. We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required by applicable law.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe our services are being used in violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@1001proxy.com. Include as much detail as possible, including dates, times, IP addresses, and a description of the violation. We will investigate all reports promptly.

7. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this AUP may result in: (a) Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity; (b) Temporary suspension of services; (c) Permanent termination of account without refund; (d) Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities; (e) Legal action to recover damages. The severity of the response will be proportional to the nature and extent of the violation.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to address new threats, technologies, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
